What towns do you service?

We cover the full Blue Mountains range — Katoomba, Leura, Blackheath, Wentworth Falls, Hazelbrook, Lawson, Mount Victoria, and surrounding villages. Not sure if we reach you? Just ask.

Can you handle last-minute turnovers?

Yes. We offer same-day and emergency turnovers subject to availability, with a 20% surcharge. We know Airbnb bookings don't always come with advance notice — we're built for that.

Do I need to provide my own linen?

You can supply your own, or we can coordinate linen rental on your behalf. We also offer a full linen laundering service — washing, drying, and hotel-style presentation — as part of your turnover package.

How do you access the property?

Most hosts provide a key safe code or smart lock access. We keep all access details strictly confidential, shared only with the team member completing your turnover.

Do I need to be there during the turnover?

Not at all — that's the whole point. We handle everything and send you pre-arrival inspection photos so you have full visibility without being on-site.

What if something gets damaged?

We document property condition with photos before and after every turnover. If we notice damage, you'll hear from us immediately — full transparency, every time. We also carry $5 million public liability insurance through NRMA for your peace of mind.
